Sales Exec – Fashion Accessories

Our Toronto client specializes in fashion, health & beauty accessories – combining fashion-forward designs and an uncompromising commitment to quality production to help retail partners build internationally-recognized brands that deliver strong bottom-line results. They have partnered with mass-market, mid-tier and independent North American retailers.

They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Exec to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience selling to majors and mid-tier type customers in general merchandise retailers and fast fashion retailers in Canada and the US. The Sales Exec will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer
• Identify new business opportunities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and agreements
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience selling to majors and mid-tier type customers in general merchandise retailers and fast fashion retailers in Canada and the US
• General understanding of MS Office (Excel)
• General background and experience using a CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skilla
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel as required

Competitive base plus commission based on experience.
