Sales Exec – Cosmetics Contract Manufacturing

Our client, a Dallas TX based top manufacturer of skin, hair and cosmetic products, is looking for a Sales Exec to join their team!

This working can work remotely or hybrid locally.

As a sales representative in the cosmetic contract manufacturing industry, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This role requires a combination of sales skills, industry knowledge, and an understanding of the specific needs and demands of the cosmetic contract manufacturing sector. Contacts in this industry are preferred.

Requirements :
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered. Stay up to date on the latest trends in cosmetics

• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. Regular communication, follow-ups, and addressing any concerns promptly are vital in maintaining strong business relationships.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing strategies. Research and understand your target market to tailor your approach and pitch effectively.

• Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. This might involve offering suggestions for product development, manufacturing processes, or packaging solutions that align with their brand objectives.

• Negotiation and Sales Techniques: Master negotiation skills to strike deals that benefit both your company and the client. Understanding pricing strategies, market dynamics, and competitive offerings will be critical in securing profitable contracts.

• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt your sales strategy accordingly. Being proactive in identifying potential challenges and opportunities will help you stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

• Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on the latest regulations and compliance standards within the cosmetic industry. Ensure that the products manufactured meet all necessary legal and safety requirements.

• Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and internal teams. Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, client feedback, market trends, and future opportunities for the organization.

• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of new technologies, manufacturing processes, and cosmetic innovations to demonstrate your expertise to clients and provide them with valuable insights.

We are looking for someone with Industry experience.

Compensation: Base + Commission. The 2nd year total compensation is expected to be 110-125k.
