Recruiting For Less – Our client, an Interior Office Design/Build contractor is looking for a Marketing Manager/Lead Generator who is goal orientated with a strong and enthusiastic personality to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will drive growth in overall revenue and appointments on behalf of new customer acquisitions.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Chicago office real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Requires individual to generate interested leads through cold calling
Generate new business while maintaining growing relationships
Proficiently interact with customers in a professional manner
Making large volume of calls each day to perspective clients
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Persistent and results orientated
Compensation:
Base plus commission (should be 6 figures total comp, once you’re up and running)
