Business Development Coordinator

Our GTA based client, specializing in commercial and residential property management and tenant placement across the GTA, is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their team!

Role Overview/Responsibilities:

– Prospect call preparation including property background research and other pertinent lead information
– Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
– Scour Kajiji.com database for ads placed by owners looking for tenants
– Contact tenants looking to rent
– Explain services to potential clients and sell them on the business
– Book meetings between property specialist and owners
– Find tenants to place for owner
– Arrange Ads for rentals, pictures etc.
– Collaborate and coordinate with a team of 3 individuals
– Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Requirements:
– High school diploma
– 1-3 years office/sales experience via cold calling preferred
– Excellent communication skills
– The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Energetic and motivated
– Experience with Zoho CRM software (nice to have)

Compensation: $20/h after 90 days probation + commission
