Advertising (Traditional) Manager

Our client, the #1 independent appliance retailer in Canada is looking for an Advertising Manager to oversee their traditional advertising (print, radio, billboard) nationally. This role manages a 7 figure advertising budget.
Responsibilities:
•	Creative force for all advertising
•	Ensuring that all Advertising materials are in both English and Quebec French
•	Facilitating appropriate timings and distribution methods
•	Delivering a uniformed message across multi channel advertising
•	Identifying market specific advertising opportunities in different markets nationally
•	Budgetary input of advertising expenditures
•	Bring new and exciting advertising and distribution ideas
•	Build and execute marketing strategy based on retail and seasonal requirements
•	Target advertising to geographic specific projects
•	Developing channels within various ethnic communities in various markets
•	Identifying underperforming markets and execute advertising to drive immediate results in those markets
Qualifications:
•	Minimum 5 years advertising experience, Specific to Radio, Print, Billboards
•	Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or equivalent work experience
•	Experience with a 7 figure advertising budget
•	Experience with running geographically specific campaigns
•	Proven track record of successful advertising initiatives
•	Bilingualism in both English and Quebec specific French DEFINITE ASSET
•	This person will need to have exceptional organizational skills
•	Experience in negotiating contracts
•	Exceptional Communication Skills
•	Tenacious and methodical approach to completing projects on time
•	Tracking and measuring campaign success
Requirements
•	Ability to travel Nationally (may require a proof of vaccination)
•	Working in office is a requirement of the position
•	Manage and delivery simultaneously projects on a regular basis
•	Valid drivers license
