Our client a growing business consulting and recruiting firm is looking for a recruiter/admin to join their team. This position will start out on a part time basis (30 hours/week) but should grow into a full time role over time. In this role you will wear many different hats and be exposed to a wide variety of work. If you are looking to get in early, learn a lot and help grow a business we want to talk to you!

Recruiting
• Draft job descriptions, post roles, screen resumes, conduct phone screens & interviews.
• Oversee candidate interaction throughout process.
• Manage recruiting software

Executive Support
• Support CEO in his consulting engagements both administratively and functionally.

Administrative
• Manage phones
• Maintain office supply stock
• Generate invoices
• Track expenses

Marketing
• Oversee company’s social media campaign.
• Attend tradeshows, conferences and networking events.
• Conduct cold and warm calls
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline management

Qualifications
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in similar role
• Able to work in an unstructured environment where communication frequently occurs via e-mail
• Self-starter, go getter
• Computer savvy and social media friendly
• Strong Excel skills. Attention to detail a must.
• Ability to solve problems and THINK!
• Professional phone manner

• Post-secondary courses/certificate in office administration is an asset
• Strong organizational skills, ability to establish & manage priorities with a drive to complete assigned tasks
• Professionalism, ability to work independently, multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
• Must possess strong written, listening and verbal communication skills

Compensation
• $15 – 17/hr commensurate with experience
