Service Care Coordinator (Eng/Spanish) – Injured Worker Care

Our Tampa based client is the largest privately held transportation and language services provider for injured workers. They are looking for a Customer Care Service Coordinator for their Lake Mary call center.
In this role you will be expected to coordinate transportation and translation services for worker’s compensation patients with a positive and professional demeanor.

This is an on-site position. Monday to Friday 12:30-9:30

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing inbound and outbound calls
• Collaborating with clients, patients, drivers and translators
• Collecting and entering appointment information
• Meeting production expectations

Requirements:
• Able to make decisions, assign to the appropriate work queues as necessary.
• Able to work without immediate supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organized, multi-tasked, detail orientated and a strong team player.
• Bilingual preferred

Compensation: $15/hr, 15 days PTO, Full Benefits.
