Project Support/Customer Service Associate

Salary is commensurate with experienceOur Washington DC client has been a fixture of the highly specialized US Supreme Court and federal appellate court legal community for decades, printing legal briefs for landmark cases such as Roe V. Wade and Bush V Gore. They are looking for a Project Support/Customer Service Associate to serve as the “overflow valve” in the office. Whether it’s providing admin/exec support, typesetting assistance, answering phones or packaging briefs this position plays a vital role in a small office environment.
This position can be filled in either a full-time or part-time capacity.

List of various activities:
• Interacting with customers at the retail counter
• Adding jobs to the printing schedule
• Production support, packaging briefs
• Answering phones
• Admin/exec support
• Typesetting assistance

Qualifications:
• Customer support in an office environment
• Demonstrated initiative

Compensation: $20-21/hr, Benefits, IRA
