Project Architect

Our Mesa based architectural client has been servicing the commercial/retail/institutional for 25+ years. They are in need of a Project Architect to manage the project back room, oversee production and day-today activities. This is not a design role.

Requirements:
• Project Architect with 7+ years commercial and institutional experience, NO RESIDENTIAL
• Must be able to manage personnel, communicate with consultants, contractors, and clients; manage work flow, scheduling, project budgets, and time constraints
• Must have Autocad experience, Revit is a plus but not required, must be proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Suite
• Architectural degree required, architectural license is preferred
• Knowledge of building systems, construction methodology, building codes, ANSI A117.1/ADA, construction documents, and construction administration including reviewing submittals and responding to RFI’s
• Problem solving/designing capability, great communication skills, limited travel
• Construction administration experience is preferred

Salary: 80-100k, Benefits, 21 flex vacation/holiday/personal days per year
