Responsibilities:
Estimate and quote HVAC equipment repair services, equipment upgrade services and preventative maintenance work to mechanical contractors and owners.
Work with our dispatch and service administration team to coordinate work.
Work closely with our service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with our service support team to flawlessly execute orders.
Meet with customers to resolve service problems.
Conflict mitigation between the equipment sales team and service team.
Continue to build a market leading team of professional technicians.
Develop close relationships with customers to achieve trusted advisor status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Five years of proven commercial HVAC service management experience.
Must possess knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and operation.
Good understanding of all forms of commercial HVAC systems and service procedures.
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated.
Must be articulate and able to communicate professionally with customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
