Customer Service & Home Deliveries Manager

As one of the GTAs largest private appliance retailers our client is growing in leaps and bounds. They are looking for a Customer Service & Home Deliveries Manager to join their expanding team. Working closely with the Director of Operations this role will be responsible for order process management and customer relations.

Position Overview
• Head customer service department by managing and developing a team of 5 (and growing) customer service associates
• Create and implement policies and procedures to standardize customer relations
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor all outgoing schedules for shipments and deliveries, ensure all deliveries are completed or receive proper follow up
• Order process management – Oversee the order process from order placement to delivery

Role Requirements
• 10 years of experience in a customer service role at a management level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation
• Salary $50,000 – $60,000 commensurate with experience
• Benefits
• Vacation – 2 weeks
