Customer Care Coordinator (Eng/Spanish) – Injured Worker Care

Our Tampa based client is the largest privately held transportation and language services provider for injured workers. The running call centers in Tampa and Lake Mary and are currently staffing up and looking for a Customer Care Coordinator.

In this role you will complete the intake and input of customer orders related to the care of injured workers by interacting with case managers, insurance adjusters, injured workers and other parties. As well as provide follow-up as necessary.

This is an on-site position. Monday or Friday 12:30-9:30

– Incoming Call Processes
– Conference Call Processes
– Expedited and Rush Processes
– Customer Service Intake Process
– TL Reports Inbox Process
– Obtain Report Queue
– Pending Response, Authorization Queues and Reports
– On Hold Queue
– Care Follow Up Queue

Requirements:
– Able to make decisions, assign to the appropriate work queues as necessary.
– Able to work without immediate supervision.
– Strong written and oral communication skills.
– Organized, multi-tasked, detail orientated and a strong team player.
– Bilingual preferred

Compensation: $15/hr, 15 days PTO, Full Benefits.
