Responsibilities:
Create, develop, manage, deliver and monitor computer based, instructor led and on-the-job training programs
Write and develop training materials and a library of the Bank’s policies and procedures
Facilitate soft-skills and sales training programs
Develop and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to fulfill all training needs
Assist with changes/roll-outs associated with compliance requirements, new products/procedures and technology
Presenting in both live and alternative classroom environments
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of proven, successful adult learning management/delivery
Video/online production expertise
Strong listening and problem solving kills
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
