Recruiting For Less – Our Client, an expert in the development and deployment of Lighting Retrofits, Building Controls, Energy Intelligence, Security Systems, Operations Management and Systems Integration, is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their California Lighting Retrofit team!

Principle Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage sub-contractors & installation partners
• Organize survey data and write scopes of work
• Ensure scope of work is being followed and manage change order requests
• Schedule installations with local sites and installers
• Order materials from MFG’s and manage all project logistics
• Communicate progress on daily basis with customer
• Coordinate all site visits required with customer and site managers
• Oversee rebate administration team to properly schedule pre-and post-installation site visits

Qualifications & Other requirements
• Minimum 1 year in a project management/coordinator role
• Knowledge of LED interior and exterior lighting new installation / retrofitting
• Lighting, electrical, and control systems experience a plus
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Commitment to QUALITY and continuous improvement
• Previous inventory management experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem solving, conceptual thinking, planning and analytical skills
• Ability to learn and use company software programs / apps to complete work as necessary
• Outstanding client facing and interaction skills
• Ability to work individually or collaboratively in a positive team environment
• Ability to meet deadlines including paperwork and reports
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Valid Driver’s License

Compensation: Salary to 65k, Bonus, Benefits, Vacation
