Office Manager Bookkeeper

Recruiting For Less – Our mid-town Toronto property management/real estate investments client is looking for an energetic and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to join a small office and help oversee and manage the information relating to our real estate investments and other activities.

Responsibilities:

· Ongoing organization of information and providing support for the Executive Team

· Tracking of incoming and outgoing cash flows, including cheques, wires and other banking transactions.

· Organizing information relating to investments held and their nature, and providing support for the bookkeeper and accountants with organized filing and back-up information

· Providing support for the CFO in relation to both ongoing information requests as well as specific ad-hoc queries

· Working closely with external professionals, including the company’s accountants and lawyers when applicable

· Supplies, mail, boardroom, meetings, schedule, food, coordinate schedule, answer calls

Qualifications and Other Items Required to Succeed:

· 3+ years of office management or business administration experience

· 2+ years of experience with bank statement review and reconciliation, as well as proficiency with online business banking portals

· Proficiency with Word/ Excel and Powerpoint is Required

· Bookkeeping knowledge preferred

· Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset

Salary: Commensurate with experience
