HR Director – Call Center Operations

Recruiting For Less – Our Silicon Valley based client, a leading global FinTech firm providing digital banking payments processing technology and infrastructure, is looking for a Director of HR to oversee the staffing and on-going HR responsibilities of their Omaha call center operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Fundamental knowledge of state/federal labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
