HR Business Partner – Fin Tech

Our client, a leading global FinTech firm providing digital banking payments processing technology and infrastructure, is looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) that will implement forward-thinking and sustainably competitive human resources programs and Employee Relations to enable the business strategy, drive employee engagement and deliver business outcomes and performance.


Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing business partner support to management and finding innovative HR solutions to address and solve business needs, issues, and pain points. Focus on a collaborative mindset to ensure alignment and engagement; incorporate change management principles to new programs and concepts.
  • Talent Development: Support the development, implementation, and communication of talent development strategy to attract, engage and retain talent by offering innovative and performance enhancement programs.
  • Responsible for a human-centric approach to employee relations by fostering a positive, equitable and ethical workplace environment. Provide consultation, guidance and support to management and leadership in all matters related to employee relations. Develop workplace policies that foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they are fully engaged, feel valued, and are successful in delivering on their personal and business goals, and act as the steward of their career journey.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Full understanding of the principles, concepts, and theories in Talent Development to drive business performance.
  • Full understanding of the interpretation and application of the Federal, State, local Labor laws to support the business operations while minimizing the associated risk of non-compliance.
  • Adept in leveraging human capital data and able to connect data, draw insights and deliver value.
  • Proven ability to inspire, lead, engage, and motivate people at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven consultative and collaborative style.
  • BA in HR, Psychology, Human Services; Master’s degree, a plus
  • Equivalent experience in developing HR programs, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and HR Analytics and Workforce Planning.
  • Progressive experience in delivering competitive and leading-edge programs.
  • Proven and demonstrated ability to develop strategies that are impactful and have been proven to deliver value to the organization.
