Recruiting For Less – Our client is the Cleveland office of a well-established executive recruiting firm. They are looking for Associates/Directors to work with the VPs/Partners on recruiting assignments.

The career path from Associate to Partner can be done in 8 years. Partners earn $1M+/yr

Role and Responsibility:
Associate/Directors support VPs/Partners in the following
• Conduct in-depth industry research and client needs assessment at search kick-off
• Develop recruiting strategies
• Create search scorecards and job specifications (based on input from client search committee)
• Provide robust project management across each search (leverage internal search management tools)
• Manage weekly update calls with client search committee and create associated deliverables
• Conduct candidate screening and interviewing (via phone and in-person) and assess candidates against position scorecard and job specification
• Conduct candidate references and confidential back-channels
• Facilitate offer negotiations
• Build and maintain a network of executives and private equity stakeholders
• Identify potential new clients and support business development efforts
• Attend relevant industry conferences and events
• Stay up to date on latest software, private equity, and capital market trends
• Stay abreast of private equity business models, growth-equity organizational and operational structures and executive cash and equity compensation
• Assist with new team member on-boarding

Compensation:
• 55-90k plus bonus, commensurate with experience, benefits
