Our central Toronto client, a short-term loan provider, is looking for a computer savvy, customer service rep to process on-line loan applications and guide customers through the application process.

Hours: Mon – Weds 11am – 8pm
Sat 11am – 7pm
Sun 11am – 4pm

Responsibilities:
• Process and Approve Loan applications
• Answering customer calls
• Responding to customer emails.

Job Duties:
• Approve loans with specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.
• Explain to customers over the phone and email our criteria for a loan and what options they have.
• Review and update credit and loan files
• Review Loan agreements
• Enter in applications to our software program.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Compensation:
• 32 – 35k, benefits
