Contact Centre – High-Volume Recruiter

Our client, a leading global FinTech firm providing digital banking payments processing technology and infrastructure, is looking for a professional, high-volume Contact Center Recruiter to assist in building and driving our recruitment and hiring processes. The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting for our contact center operations, which primarily focuses on vacancies for customer service representatives, chargeback analysts, call center supervisors and other professionals. The Recruiter utilizes creative approaches to source talent and work with stakeholders to anticipate and plan for upcoming people needs. The Recruiter will report to Omaha HR Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
  • Source passive and active candidates through a variety of methods including networking, events, cold calls, referrals and social media.
  • Carry and fill 50+ requisitions monthly for roles such as customer service representatives, chargeback analyst, operations supervisors.
  • Interview candidates and partner with hiring manager throughout the recruitment and selection processes.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, provide updates and develop action plans based on results.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Write job descriptions, job postings and advertisements for internal and external vacancies.
  • Manage external vendors including job boards, background check and drug screen, E-Verify, etc.
  • Coach hiring managers on facilitating recruitment, hiring and onboarding best practices to ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Required 3+ years high volume, full cycle recruitment; call center, banking or HR Generalist experience a plus.
  • Expert in Boolean searches and recruiting passive candidates.
  • Proven experience acting as a talent advisor to multiple hiring managers.
  • Detail-oriented. Experience building efficient full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Superior interpersonal relationship skills, expert written and communication skills.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines and balance multiple responsibilities.
