Recruiting For Less – Our client, a Sioux City based insurance firm, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager and a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role will will work closely with the clients, sales team and underwriters to provide exceptional service. Develop, service and retain existing clients.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare applications and/or rate online via carrier websites to obtain quotes.
• Analyze and evaluate renewal and new business quotes.
• Prepare renewal and new business proposals.
• Communicate with the carriers regarding issuance and changes to all policies.
• Review all policies for accuracy prior to sending to the insured.
• Review all endorsements for accuracy prior to sending to the insured.
• Send policies and endorsements to clients.
• Issue certificates of insurance as requested.
• Issue evidences of property for lenders.
• Assist clients with all their requested needs.
• Maintain strong clientele relationship with customers.
• Maintain accurate client files.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, producers and underwriters
• Problem solve effectively and efficiently
• Ability to retain knowledge of insurance forms and coverage with multiple carriers.

Requirements:
• At least two year’s customer service experience.
• College Degree or equivalent of industry related work experience.
• Active Insurance License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in AMS insurance software or similar software.
