They are looking for an Operations Manager to assume day-to-day operations of the business. Reporting to the owner, this role will the #2 in the business and manage all aspects of the business other than Sales and Finance/Admin. This position oversees a staff of 10 including the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
IT & Communications 
•	Oversee IT infrastructure of the business, including phone system & network
Purchasing 
•	Maintain relationships with suppliers
•	Ensure POs are submitted per lead times and the project schedule
Logistics & Warehousing
•	Oversee warehouse staff and inventory
Project Management
•	Work with manufacturers to coordinate delivery of product to job sites
•	Manage/schedule installers & trades
Qualifications:
•	3-5+ years’ experience in operations management
•	Excellent project management skills
•	Experience managing direct reports and processes in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
•	Experience implementing and maintaining SOPs
•	Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
•	Team player with demonstrated skills collaborating with employees and clients; diplomatic approach to situations
•	Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines with a positive, inspiring attitude
•	Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
•	Excellent time management and multitasking skills
•	Ambitious, proactive and resourceful; solutions-oriented
Compensation: 65-75k commensurate with experience
