Associate Attorney

Our client, an award winning Dallas law firm, serves a diverse clientele in multiple practice areas. They are seeking a Jr. Associate Attorney with at least 2 years experience in Criminal Defense, Family Law and/or Immigration Law.

Duties:
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as court hearings, trials, and depositions
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on legal issues
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Advocate for clients’ interests in various legal settings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000, PTO, Benefits, 410k
