AR Assistant Manager

Our north Toronto client, a provider of employee benefits is in need of an AR Assistant Manager. This role is responsible for both data entry of account information and reconciliation, as well as team leadership and management.  The role is on a career path to become the AR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of various AR information including pension contributions and other payments
  • Reconciliation to the CBA and to the number of hours worked to ensure payments are correct.
  • On-going training and coaching of team members

Qualifications

  • Leadership position in an administrative environment
  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) familiarity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Time management and organizational skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Compensation:

  • Salary: 45 – 65k, Benefits, RRSP
  • Vacation: 2 weeks
