Account Manager – FinTech
Recruiting For Less – Our Silicon Valley based client, a leading global FinTech firm providing digital banking payments processing technology and infrastructure, is looking for a seasoned Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Foster, maintain, and strengthen client relationships post-sale
- Aid client in determining any integration and optimization questions and concerns
- Assist clients in documenting, capturing, defining, and sharing financial value
- Develop solutions to client requirements, suggest best practices and benefits to clients
- Maintains a working general and technical knowledge of products and services
- Sound understanding of client issues from both business and technical perspectives
- Liaise with Engineers and Product Managers to seamlessly provide excellent client service
- Suggest and promote company products and services, based on client technical needs and wants
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with a variety of roles
- Provides internal feedback, based on client communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in CS preferably
- 3-5 years of FinTech Account Management
Skills:
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills regarding technical and account management issues
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills with an emphasis on managing client demands and priorities
- Technical/Domain knowledge is vital to identifying potential client concerns, troubleshooting client inquiries and answering questions
- Proficient with technology including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce
