Account Manager – FinTech

Recruiting For Less – Our Silicon Valley based client, a leading global FinTech firm providing digital banking payments processing technology and infrastructure, is looking for a seasoned Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster, maintain, and strengthen client relationships post-sale
  • Aid client in determining any integration and optimization questions and concerns
  • Assist clients in documenting, capturing, defining, and sharing financial value
  • Develop solutions to client requirements, suggest best practices and benefits to clients
  • Maintains a working general and technical knowledge of products and services
  • Sound understanding of client issues from both business and technical perspectives
  • Liaise with Engineers and Product Managers to seamlessly provide excellent client service
  • Suggest and promote company products and services, based on client technical needs and wants
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with a variety of roles
  • Provides internal feedback, based on client communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in CS preferably
  • 3-5 years of FinTech Account Management

Skills:

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills regarding technical and account management issues
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills with an emphasis on managing client demands and priorities
  • Technical/Domain knowledge is vital to identifying potential client concerns, troubleshooting client inquiries and answering questions
  • Proficient with technology including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce
