Responsibilities:
•	Extensively searching through the CJIS Group database to find RFPs/ bids and respond accordingly to requests from the public safety/education sectors for communications equipment
•	Drafting proposals
•	Identifying business opportunities and building/maintaining relationships with current and prospective clientele
•	Cold calling
•	Collaborating with executives on business strategy 
Qualifications:
•	3-5 years sales or business development experience
•	BA in business or equivalent experience
•	Prior public safety experience and/or bidding experience with local and state governments
•	Experience searching for and responding to RFPs
•	Strong proposal drafting skills
•	Excellent written communication abilities
•	Organization and time management skills
•	Strong orientation to detail
•	Demonstrated sales/business development skills
•	Excellent team player
Compensation: 
•	$60-90K + bonus commensurate with experience, benefits, vacation
