Recruiting For Less – Our client, a Phoenix based loan company is looking for an outgoing, energetic and social Recruiter to join their team. This role is responsible to ensure a steady pipeline of Loan Officers to maintain the company’s growth trajectory.
Looking to get out of the office? Much of the success of this position will depend on your ability to get out, meet, and network with financial services professionals.

Qualifications:
• Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Must have excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
• High degree of work ethic and tenacity
• Ability to quickly evaluate candidates against requirements
• Should be accomplished at generating enthusiasm and interest in candidates that are not actively seeking a to make a move

Compensation:
• 50k plus bonus. All in comp of 65-75k
