Our Naples client, a luxury interior design group that specializes in full service, custom interior design is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
-Create CAD Documents to communicate designs: Space Planning, Furniture Placement, RCPs,
-Contribute to Overall Productivity and Efficiency of Projects
-Manage Project Priorities and Task List
-Manage Support Team of Design Assistants, Design Administrators and Interns
-Act as a Representative and Communicate with Clients, Vendors and Contractors
-Prepare Project Presentations
-Source FF&E, Design Selections and Specifications
-Create and Update Specification Submittals
-Flooring Plans, Tile Details and Specialty Walls
-Correspond and Meet with Vendors / Manufacturers to Source
-Review Vendors Plans and Quotes for Accuracy and Aid in Revisions
-Obtain Pricing, Prepare Estimates and Client Requests for Payment
-Create Project Budgets and Track Expenditures
-Manage Project Logistics – Purchase Orders and Acknowledgements
-Coordinate and Direct Installations
Qualifications:
-AutoCAD LT for Windows
-Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
-Minimum of 2 years career experience in interior design.
-Proficiency in all Microsoft Windows programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; QuickBooks Pro software)
