Marketing Coordinator

Our Toronto-based client, an Israel investment firm is in need of a Marketing Coordinator. This marketing administrative role oversees the schedules and timelines of various marketing projects and initiatives, as well as manages all sponsorship opportunities for the organization. The successful candidate should demonstrate previous experience in a marketing or project coordination role for a community-oriented, cause-based environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s presence and involvement in co-sponsorship events
• Content management and review, ensuring accuracy in content and creative direction
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to adjust and approve specifications for marketing materials and social media management
• Work with external agencies and internal partners to ensure timelines and schedules are strictly adhered to
• Clear all materials and output with management and legal compliance
• Assist with all other marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a marketing admin or project coordinator role
• University/College degree preferred
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent time management skills, strong sense of urgency
• Highly organized, detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Compensation:
• Salary: $40 – 45K
• Vacation: 2 weeks
