Our Richmond Hill client powers seamless cross-channel shopping experiences for major North American and International retailers through creative and intelligent design, development, implementation and support of Omni-Channel SaaS (Software as a Solution).

They are seeking a bright-minded and talented individual to join their team as a Project Manager. Your role in the organization is critical in delivering Professional Services to clients and ensuring successful client experiences. You have a successful track record of managing day-to-day objectives and meeting project deadlines while maintaining regular client communication and fulfilling client requirements. This role will collaborate with the Professional Services Team on the following:
• Create, update and maintain project plans of current pre-launch SoWs using MS Project and synchronize Tasks with Team Foundation Server and Project Web Access.
• Ensure all pre-launch SoWs are being tracked and sent to accounting for billing.
• Ensure all pre-launch SoW invoices have been paid before resourcing the work.
• Assist with the regular monitoring of all project tasks to ensure a project is delivered on time and on budget.
• Respond to clients within 4 business hours, and schedule regular meetings to ensure a constant communication flow between the organization and their clients.
• Assist with resource management through daily follow-ups on task completion and timelines for each resource and update project plan accordingly.
• Assist with improving methods for developers to report on completed tasks and time spent on tasks.
• Collaborate with support team to ensure proper handoff is completed for post-launch clients, ensure all post-launch items are communicated to the support team and original development resources are available in some capacity (either direction, or to do the work itself).

First 90-day Deliverables
• Familiarize and maintain the formal client facing process templates that will be utilized throughout the lifecycle of a project, specifically Check Lists, Questionnaires and Standard Operating Procedures covering these topics:
o Initial On-boarding of a new Client
 Client Data Readiness Assessment
 Initial Tasks client must complete/prepare for (via MS Project)
 MS Project Plans
 Project Charters
o Initial Product Data Preparation
o Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Product/Brand/Category Data Preparation and 301 Redirects
o Inventory & Pricing Integration Discovery
o Order & Shipment Integration Discovery
o Pre-Launch Testing and QA
o Pre-Launch Launch Tasks
o Client Launch Sign-off
• Assist with establishing a process to “hand off” a client from the project team to support team

Ongoing Key Deliverables

• Day-to-day Project Management activities for the administration of projects, specifically;
o Weekly reports to customers covering ‘project completion status’ and ‘consumption to date of Project Time Budget’
o Weekly updates of all project plans and resource allocations against project tasks to Executive team
o Maintain synchronization of tasks and time between Microsoft Project, Project Web Access, Team Foundation Server, and various PMO MS Excel reports
o Tracking & Reporting of Actual Resource Time vs. Quoted Time in SoW per Resource & per project
• Provide monthly project status reports for Executive Team review, specifically:
o Project Completion by Project
o Project Time Budget Consumption by Project
o 90 Day Resource Allocation by Resource and Project
• Follow company principles on a daily basis: Responsiveness, Constant Communication, Going Above and Beyond, Expert Guidance, Technology Supports Business

• Experience creating metric reports for management review
• Successful track record in scope management, customer-driven programs and solution delivery
• Credible references
• PMI Certification is a plus
