Our Newmarket-based client, an IT management firm providing legal litigation support is in need of an E-Discovery Project Manager to be responsible for client and project management, data collection and analysis. The successful candidate should demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience in IT management, a thorough understanding of legal practice and litigation processes, and a proactive and self-sufficient work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Manage project objectives and outlines to ensure completion of tasks by deadlines
Interface with IT management systems and Vendors to support the e-discovery process (identification, preservation, collection, processing, review and production)
Support date/gap analysis and review of using various industry tools, as well as supporting clients using Litigation Review Platforms (ie: Clearwell / Relativity / etc).
Incident resolution and troubleshooting technical issues within environment to meet appropriate SLAs
Development and documentation of standards and all impacts to process being followed
Interact with clients and manage client relationships to understand objectives and goals and provide excellent overall client experience

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in IT/data management or similar role, early case assessment/forensics, Litigation Support, or information governance
University/College degree required in Computer Science, IT and/or law clerk/paralegal training
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Clearwell / Relativity
Well-developed customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities within deadlines
Must own vehicle with valid G driver’s license

Compensation:

Salary: $50-60K commensurate with experience
Vacation: 2 weeks
