Our Toronto-based client, an investment research and consulting firm is in need of a Data Entry Clerk to be responsible for generating client portfolio summaries. The successful candidate should demonstrate previous data entry experience, good eye for detail and conscientiousness.

Responsibilities:
• Research and gather information from financial reports, mortgage statements, fund statements, etc. to generate client portfolio summaries
• Reconciliation of client reporting to financial statements, liaising with financial service providers where necessary.
• Compose portfolio summaries and review for accuracy and completion
• Ability to navigate and use Microsoft Excel files
• Training will be provided

Qualifications:
• University/College degree preferred
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with database management and reconciliation would be an asset
• Regular work hours but someone who is flexible to work early or late as required

Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: $30-35K commensurate with experience
• Vacation: 2 weeks
• Clean, safe working environment with access to kitchen facility.
• Coffee, tea, filter water are all provided.
