Customer Service/Order Processing Admin

As one of the GTAs largest private appliance retailers our client is growing in leaps and bounds. They are looking for an Order Processing / Customer Service Admin to join their expanding team. This role will be responsible for order processing and act as an interface for customer relations.

Position Overview
· Order process management – Oversee and keep track of order process from order placement to delivery, manage all documentation associated with purchase order
· Delivery scheduling – work with customers to ensure product delivery is done at a convenient time
· Logistics & Delivery – Liaise with drivers and delivery personnel to secure timely transport of customers’ purchase
· Customer Service – respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding order and delivery, mediate and alleviate escalations by providing detailed explanations in a professional manner.

Role Requirements
· 2-5 years of experience in an operations role with a customer service background
· French/English Bilingual
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Professional phone skills.
· Microsoft Office proficiency
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Passion for helping customers
· Solid multitasking skills
· Team player
· Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment

Compensation
· Salary $30,000 – $35,000
