Inside Sales Representative (bilingual)

Our Scarborough-based client, a footwear products and accessories distributor is in need of an Inside Sales Representative to be responsible for the building and developing relationships with existing clients, assist in developing new business, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate should demonstrate an outgoing and personable demeanor and a strong passion for sales and client servicing.

Responsibilities :
• Reach out to accounts to maintain, establish and strengthen business relationships with customer contacts
• Develop warm leads into sales opportunities by engaging with business partners
• Understand and capture customer needs and requirements and advise on services and products
• Prepare and review quotations and specifications and contract agreements
• Grow and maintain a knowledge base of products and services to respond to inquiries and provide expertise to customers
• Follow up with internal staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Strive towards achieving sales target and meet team sales quota on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an inside sales role, B2B sales and customer service
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• English / French bilingual• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Professional phone/email mannerism

Compensation:
• Salary: $40-45K commensurate with experience, bonuses
• Vacation: 2 weeks
