Our Toronto-based client, an Israel investment firm is looking to expand their presence in Vancouver and is seeking an Executive Director to represent the organization and grow its awareness and sales in Vancouver. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong professionalism and maturity, excellent social and communication skills and the ability to connect and establish relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Strive to generate high volume of sales and achieve sales objectives and sales targets
• Attend and participate in institutional and community events to network, build contacts and develop client relationships
• Identify community leaders and engage them to gain exposure and involvement
• Deliver sophisticated messaging and presentations to individuals, groups and institutions
• Maintain a knowledge base of financial products and financial planning

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales and business development, ideally in financial services
• University/College degree preferred, CSC required
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office
• Exceptional English communication (written and verbal) skills and social networking skills
• Successful track record of achieving sales goals
• Ability to thrive in a standalone, self-managing role

Compensation:
• Salary: commensurate with experience
• Vacation: 2 weeks
