As one of the GTAs largest private appliance retailers our client is growing in leaps and bounds. They are looking for a customer service professional to join their team. This role will be the face of the business for after-sales support and the primary point of contact for all customer service issues. You must be able to work independently, prioritize and make quick decisions in a fast paced environment.

Position Overview

  • Champion and resolve all customer service issues – over the phone and in-person
  • Keep calm under pressure, diffuse difficult customer situations
  • Be the face of the business for after-sales support
  • Utilize decision-making skills to obtain optimal results

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Passion for helping customers
  • Excellent customer service skills, Ability to manage customer complaints
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid multitasking skills
  • Team player
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment

Compensation

  • Salary $40,000 – $45,000 commensurate with experience
  • Benefits
  • Vacation – 2 weeks
