Our client, an established full-service law firm located in mid-town Toronto, is looking for a Associate Corporate Lawyer to join their Corporate Department. Are you entrepreneurially focused? Looking to start your own practice, just not ready to make the leap? In this role, you will be given the opportunity to develop your own corporate commercial practice while assisting Partners in the firm’s corporate and commercial matters.
We are looking for;
- 2-5 years corporate associate
- Experience in corporate transactions (asset/share sale/purchase)
- Familiar with incorporations (Ontario and Federal)
- Familiar with any one or more of shareholders agreements, leases, limited partnership, family trust. Wills would be an asset
Compensation:
- Salary: $60-$100K depending on experience, plus commission
- Health benefits, parking pass, LSUC dues, insurance
