Sales Specialist

Recruiting For Less – Our Lakewood NJ client, an industry leader in employee benefits insurance, is looking for a charismatics Sales Specialist to join their growing sales team!        

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have demonstrated sales experience, with the ability to cold call.

Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Email Marketing
• Contacting potential prospects and leads
• Meeting monthly targets
• Ability to turn leads into sales
• Growing client portfolio by building a sales pipeline

Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience
• 1+ years cold calling experience
• Self motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Excellent communicator
• Passion for sales
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Experience with sales software (CRM)
• High level of integrity and great customer service

Salary:

First 6 months at 30k base + commission, after which is 100% commission
