Sales – Property Management SAAS

Recruiting For Less – Our GTA based client, a cutting-edge innovator of SAAS providing project management/payment software for the residential property management industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to win new business and manage existing accounts. This role provides some remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, nurture, and maintain relationships and sales at the corporate level
  • Assist customers through the entire SaaS purchase and implementation
  • Prospect new business and see sales through from start to finish
  • Provide Demos to new clientele which highlight the benefits of the system

Qualification:

  • 2-3 years experience in business development & sales of SaaS or related technology
  • Experience selling to large property management firms and working with corporate clients
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • A ‘Go Getter’ attitude and an eagerness to sell!
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) and a strong familiarity with Hub Soft software

Salary:

  • Base + Commission, Commensurate with experience
