Sales Executive – ecommerce SaaS


The successful Sales Executive is a high-energy hunter focused on building consultative relationships at all levels in retail and brand enterprises. They are motivated by solving business problems on behalf of prospective customers and ultimately driving the adoption of our client’s SaaS OMS/OMNI-Channel solution.

The Sales Executive enjoys uncovering and closing new business opportunities in a startup and/or fast growth environment. They must be a strategic thinker with exceptional prospecting skills, high energy and a structured solution selling process. They are natural leaders with a desire to win in a collaborative, team environment.


Researching vertical retail markets leading to account development opportunities within a geographic territory.
Follow up and qualify lead opportunities generated by the marketing team.
Orchestrate the sales strategy with company team members, leveraging company resources, and partners throughout the sales cycle.
Strong qualification process skills to pursue selective sales opportunities and maximizing an efficient sales cycle.
Accurately forecast and close recognizable retail brands to exceed customer acquisition goals.
Leveraging SE Team Resources, coordinate and conduct on-site discovery meetings to determine customer requirements and needs, as part of the sales process.
In collaboration with the SE team, develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations.
Leverage relationships with potential partners to pursue new sales opportunities in you geographic territory


3-5+ years of experience selling solutions to the mid and enterprise market with a preferred emphasis on retail or ecommerce related solutions and services.
Experience in consultative, complex, executive-level sales processes
Record of quota achievement and over achievement
Experience in a sales team environment
Exposure to enterprise class CRM to track sales opportunities
Strong time management, organizational and decision making skills
Retail Market experience and selling SaaS solutions is an asset
Bilingual skills (French/English) is an asset but not mandatory
