Our Toronto-based client, a premier service provider for janitorial and office cleaning is in need of a Account Manager to be responsible for expanding the business, managing the sales life cycle, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of success in business development and sales. Follow up on leads and referrals by contacting prospects and attending client meetings
Develop leads into sales opportunities by fostering relationships with customers, understanding customers’ business needs and advise on products and services
Create presentations and coordinate marketing material for client meetings
Prepare quotes/estimates and contracts
Negotiation of contractual terms and conditions with clients
Manage the business relationship with customers during sales life cycle and maintain relations for future opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales for a building services provider, e.g. security systems, property management, HVAC, energy providers, telecommunications, etc.
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Salary: $45K base + commission
Vacation: 2 weeks
