Outside Sales Representative

Our GTA-based client, one of North America’s largest workwear and textile service companies providing managed uniform, protective clothing, and custom corporate image apparel programs to businesses is in need of an Outside Sales Representative to be responsible for the business development, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and must reside within their territories (Richmond Hill or Brampton).

Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads and referrals by contacting prospects and attending client meetings
Develop leads into sales opportunities by fostering relationships with customers, understanding customers’ business needs and advise on products and services
Create presentations and coordinate marketing material for client meetings
Prepare quotes/estimates and contracts
Negotiation of contractual terms and conditions with clients
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication skills (spoken, written) and customer service skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Must live in Brampton or Richmond Hill

Compensation:

Salary: $40-45K base + commission
Vacation: 2 weeks
