New Home Sales Rep

Recruiting For Less – Our client has been a leader in development and property management in Virginia for over 35 years. They are known in the industry as an innovative builder and developer of single family homes and multi-family apartment communities. They are looking for a New Homes Sales Rep to join their growing team.

This position can be filled by either;

– Virginia licensed Real Estate Agent paid on 100% commission basis

– Full-Time Employee with salary plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities:
Represent builder client in a professional manner and be fully knowledgeable in the product being sold
Communicate site details and product knowledge
Follow up on leads, i.e. Walk-ins, phone calls, emails etc. sleep
Complete agreement of purchase and sale on computer or written
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material
May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities/Sales Activities/Comparable

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
