National Sales Manager – Construction Fasteners

Our North York based client specializes in the production and distribution of concrete anchors and other fasteners. They are looking for a National Sales Mana ger to lead their sales team.

What You Bring to the Team
• At least 10 years of successful construction fasteners sales and business development experience required
• Experience with a channel, affiliate or outside sales structure
• Evidence of effective management over tele-prospecting and strategic sales planning in a virtual world.
• A tech savvy individual experienced with CRM systems such as HubSpot
• Have an established system for managing client contacts, prospecting leads, setting follow-up calls, and managing strategic communications
• Capable of developing solid sales forecast using accurate reporting & analytics (pipeline strategy)
• Experience with business expansion
• Creative, tenacious, and hungry to close business

Compensation: Base plus commission 200k OTE, benefits, PTO
