Disaster Restoration Sales

Recruiting For Less – Our Florida based client provides disaster restoration services to the residential, commercial/industrial and government sectors throughout the Southeast.

They are looking for a self-motivated individual with 6+ years of sales/estimating disaster restoration services experience to drive sales throughout the Southeast.

This role works remotely and will travel as needed to develop/generate business.

Responsibilities

  • Create new client relationships across the company’s major market segments
  • Generate Xactimate quotes to win business
  • Manage and enhance existing client relationships

Requirements

  • 6+ years sales/estimating experience in the disaster restoration industry
  • Experience handling warm leads and prospecting for new leads
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer service
  • Professional demeanor
  • Reliable self-starter who is goal and solution oriented
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization
  • Great organizational, analytical and time management skills

This is a base salary plus commission position.
