Community Events & Sales Associate


Our client, an Israel investment firm is in need of a Community Events and Sales Associate. The firm runs volunteer led marketing and programming events/engagements for various target groups. This role will develop these groups and events, while working with volunteers to ensure seamless execution to drive sales. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and work seamlessly with many different groups.

• Develop excellent relationships with volunteers with the objective of driving sales
• Participating and attending events within local community that address different target groups to prospect and facilitate sales
• Strive to generate high sales volume and achieve sales targets
• Collaborate and strategize with volunteers on programming and event planning
• Provide necessary administration, resources and logistical support for events
• Budget approval of events and programs, monitor and capture all expenses and prepare reports
• Liaise between volunteers and the organization

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales and communication in a community environment, background in financial products and services an asset
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Excellent track record of achieving sales goals
• Enjoys interacting with people and social networking

• Salary: $40 – 50K
• Vacation: 2 weeks
