Auto Insurance Sales Agent

Recruiting For Less – Our L.A. client works with multiple insurance markets in California to provide our clients the best service at the lowest rates. They are looking for a Sales Agent to join their team.  

Hours: 10:30 – 7 Mon- Fri, 10:30 – 5 Saturday

Salary: $15.00/hour plus commission (performers earn $45,000 – $80,000 in this role)

Job Description:

• We are looking for Highly motivated sales professionals
• Must be able to thrive in professional work surroundings
• Energetic and outgoing individuals excel in this environment
• Must be able to make 100 phone contacts every day
• You will NOT be making cold calls warm leads only
• Must be responsible for following up with hundreds of customers
• Provide excellent customer service to a large existing client list
• The job requires some outside marketing, you will have a manager or senior agent helping you market to business partners
• Ability to lead a team and still maintain personal sales numbers
