One of the GTAs largest private appliance retailers is ramping up for a nationwide expansion.
After growing in leaps and bounds throughout the recession, our client has set its sights on
establishing a nationwide brand. We are looking for a sales professional to lead the charge.
Are you willing to step up to the challenge? This role is the top sales person in the company.

The successful candidate will be established and experienced in the retail appliance sector with
strong connections and relationships. This individual will not just excel at our Four Pillars of
Success, but can lead and guide a team to four pillars success.

Position Overview:

  • Use your retail management experience, leadership, and interpersonal skills to inspire
  • exceptional performance across the sales team, meeting all sales targets
  • Ensure a consistent warm customer experience is provided by all sales associates
  • Leverage your existing relationship base to the benefit of the business
  • Track all sales, vendor rebate programs and inventory to ensure the right product is
    moving at the right time

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a management role, strong background in appliance sector
  • Established relationships and connections in the appliance industry
  • Expert product knowledge and industry trends
  • A proven ability to execute long and short term sales strategies
  • Ability to lead, empower, delegate, motivate, inspire and generate buy-in
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to manage customer complaints with a positive
    outcome for the customer and the business
