HVAC Service Technician – Commercial/Industrial

Recruiting For Less – Our client is a leading Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio HVAC service provider for data centres and other critical power & commercial systems. They are looking for a Commercial HVAC Service Tech to join their growing team in Detroit.
As the local representative of Vertiv/Liebert and Mitsubishi VRF they will invest in training you on Vertiv/Liebert and Misubishi equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Startup, commissioning, warranty repairs and troubleshooting of Liebert precision air conditioning systems, Mitsubishi systems, and the other HVAC equipment
• Provide local factory service and support the contractors and end users
• Service critical data center environments
• Be a service and support factory approved resource for the mechanical contractor and end user communities

Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in HVAC service or related field
• Steamfitter Service Mechanic Journeyman card or equivalent non-union work experience
• A customer focused, positive attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to change.
• Proven organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
• Experience in working in critical data center environments
• Experience in servicing Liebert precision air conditioning systems
• Communicates effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
• Proven ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
• Eagerness to train and become an expert in critical data center environments
