Energy Rebates Coordinator

Our Client, an expert in the development and deployment of Lighting Retrofits, Building Controls, Energy Intelligence, Security Systems, Operations Management and Systems Integration, is looking for a NYSERDA & Coned Rebates Coordinator to join their Lighting Retrofit team!

Training will be provided, this is an entry level role.

Principle Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage and carry out tasks relevant to NYSERDA and Coned rebates
• Administrate the successful completion of rebates for customers
• Data entry
• Communicate with customers regarding rebates
• Coordinate all site visits required with customer and site managers

Qualifications & Other requirements

• Minimum 1 year in an admin or data entry position
• Knowledge of LED interior and exterior lighting new installation / retrofitting
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem solving, conceptual thinking, planning and analytical skills
• Ability to learn and use company software programs / apps to complete work as necessary
• Ability to work individually or collaboratively in a positive team environment
• Ability to meet deadlines including paperwork and reports

Compensation: Salary to 65k, Bonus, Benefits, Vacation
